These terms cover the Winter Card Maker mobile app and this website, operated by Webber Cross Technical (“we”). By using the app you agree to them.

The app

Winter Card Maker is a tool for making winter greeting cards. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use it on devices you own or control.

Free, theme packs, and Pro

The editor, free artwork, and sharing work without payment. Theme packs are one-time in-app purchases, each a set of scenery and decorations. Pro is a separate one-time in-app purchase for your own sticker sheets and extra looks. Pro does not include theme packs. Apple or Google handle payment, taxes, and their own refund rules. Restore purchases in the app if you reinstall, using the same store account.

Your cards

Cards, photos, and stickers you create stay yours. They are stored on your device. You are responsible for what you put on a card and for keeping copies you care about.

Theme pack files

Artwork in a theme pack is licensed to you for use inside the app. After a confirmed purchase, the app may download that pack through a short-lived link. Do not redistribute the pack files. The download service may refuse a request that does not match a purchase.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app or the pack download service: no probing, overloading, or attempting to fetch packs without a purchase.

No warranty

The app is provided as is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost cards or lost downloads.

Changes

We may update the app and these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. The current version is published at https://www.wintercardmaker.co.uk/terms.
